Data and purpose
The device processes category choices, screen touches and random player selection. The game does not upload this data to a server or send it to other players over a network.
Storage and deletion
Current-round data is held in page memory and is lost when the page closes or reloads. Locally stored settings or progress remain until changed or site data is cleared.
Browser and device
Local functional data includes: touchplay-theme, touchplay-sound, touchplay-vibration, pwa-install-dismissed. An installed PWA may cache application files for offline use. This is not advertising tracking.
Recipients and external links
Basic display files are served from this website. The optional support link opens PayPal only when selected.
Hosting and technical operation
The service is hosted on a VPS from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. To deliver the page, the server processes IP addresses, request times and technical browser headers. The absence of an account does not mean complete anonymity. Administration and diagnostic logs can contain connection data. They support operation, security and troubleshooting, not advertising profiles.
Legal bases and necessity
Providing requested functions relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where necessary to use the service. Security, abuse prevention and technical operation rely on Article 6(1)(f), with a legitimate interest in a secure service. Where consent is requested, Article 6(1)(a) applies and consent can be withdrawn for the future. A function may be unavailable without the data it requires. A privacy notice is not blanket consent to arbitrary processing.
Logs, backups and contact
Stated game periods concern the active application. Separate administrative backups or diagnostic logs can contain older data and do not automatically follow room deletion. No unverified deadline for final backup erasure is promised. Ask by email about a specific request. Contact details are used to handle requests and retained for as long as required for that purpose or an applicable legal obligation.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, particularly to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, such as the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW). No automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are made.
